At RugScape, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely delivery of your rugs. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (within Canada):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-9 Days | $10 or Free on orders over $200.
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 days | Cost: $21.90.
  • International Shipping:

    • Available to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and size of the order.
    • Delivery Times: Estimated between 10-20 business days, depending on location.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may extend slightly.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your rug is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us. 

International Customs & Duties

For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may be applicable. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated by your local customs office.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Order Changes & Cancellations
